Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

All orders will be shipped, at maximum, 3 working days after payment. Sometimes some products may be out of stock, and in those cases we need 2 more working days to ship the products. Usually it will be shipped the next day after payment.

Orders will be shipped by CTT (Correios de Portugal), in registered mail with tracking code. You will receive your tracking code by e-mail or you can also check it in your user account.

The usual shipping times by the CTT are:

  • Portugal: 1 working day
  • Europe: 3 working days
  • Rest of the World:  5 working days

Returns

Your satisfaction is very important to us. So, if you are not fully satisfied with your order contact us and we will do the best to help you.

What can be returned?

Most of our products are custom made for our customers, so most of them will not be eligible for returns. Non-customized products can be returned according the following policy:

  • Returns will only be accepted if made until 15 days after order.
  • All products must come in their original package and without signs of usage.
  • All shipping costs for returns are paid by the customer (you should always send in registered mail).
  • After receiving the products and checking that everything is according to our conditions we will refund to the customer the order value (minus all shipping costs).

Wrong order?

If your order is incomplete or incorrect contact us, with the maximum details you can provide us with, including photos, and we will ship the wrong or incorrect products fixed to your address, without any additional costs.

Faulty product?

If your order has any faulty products contact us, with the maximum details you can provide us with, including photos, and we will ship the fixed product to your address, without any additional costs.
